Terms and conditions
- We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Tan-y-Fron.
- For single night stays, we ask for full payment in order to confirm your booking. For stays of more night’s , we ask for payment of one night to confirm the booking, with the balance being paid on departure. These payments are non-refundable unless we have been given AT LEAST 7 (seven) days notice of cancellation of the scheduled date of arrival or you do not show. If you should need to cancel, we will do our very best to re-let your room, if we are successful we will refund your payment minus a £5.00 administration fee.
- Personal cheques are accepted to the limit shown on the bankers card and should be payable to Ms. Sue Morris and sent to: Tan-y-Fron, Arran Road, Dolgellau, Gwynedd LL40 2AA.
- Tan-y-fron understands the value of your personal information and we respect your right to privacy. We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. This commitment includes protecting the personal information that we obtain from you.
- All rates are per person per night and include breakfast.
- Single occupancy: we regret we have no single rooms at Tan-y-Fron. However we can offer a single occupancy rate. Please enquire.
- Rooms are available from 2p.m. to 9p.m.(14:00 to 21:00) on the day of arrival, arrival times outside of these specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.
- There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on any weekends.
- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights over all bank holiday weekends.
- We kindly request that guest vacate their room by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Tan-y-Fron reserves the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to the house, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken.
- In accordance with legislation, Tan-y-Fron is completely non-smoking indoors.
- We unfortunately cannot accept pets.
